The best time of day for a property photoshoot depends on the direction your home faces. Homes that face east or west are best photographed in the morning or afternoon, respectively. Homes that face north or south can be photographed at any time of day.

Rescheduling is only possible if there is no prior booking on the requested date and until a week before the shoot.

— 50 % at the time of booking
